a. Remove the dirt and dusts from the place that is going to be welded.
b. Pour the agent with the proper volume into inner can (depressed part), then moisturize it with distilled water. After it turns paste, apply it with needle-shaped object on the hole.
c. The method for using gas to weld (the temperature can reach 1010 to 1205 Celsius degrees): First of all, use mild fire to evaporate the steam, and then burn the welded parts in a rotating way (indirect way). After the phenomenon of bubbling has totally vanished, then burn the welded parts directly.
d. If the Ni-Cr Welding Flux of Alloy Agent has become flowing fluid, then the work is completed. After cooling it down, the technician can polish it.
e. If there are holes on the surface, repeat the procedure a~d.
f. If the hole is too big or too wide, cut a piece of casting material and make it flat, and then lay it on the hole. After laying it, lay the Ni-Cr Welding Flux of Alloy Agent above the material. Weld the hole with high temperature according to the procedure a~d.
